Our adult martial arts program is a blend of Filipino Martial Arts and Jeet Kune Do – These systems are battle tested and will train you in what works in self-defense situations. Filipino Martial Arts and Jeet Kune Do are renowned for being one of the most street effective and combat tested martial arts studied today. This unique system will train you in close quarter combat where fast reaction is essential, use and defense against weapons and proper striking techniques.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a highly effective form of defending yourself when the fight goes to the ground.

BJJ is founded on the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themselves against a bigger, stronger, heavier opponent. This is done by using technique, leverage, and most notably, taking the fight to the ground, and then applying submission techniques to defeat the opponent. BJJ is widely considered not only a martial art, but a method for promoting physical fitness and building character, and a way of life.

This is a blend of Jeet Kune Do and Muay Thai systems which focuses on proper technique combined with functional physical fitness to develop a truly effective self-defense skills and top fitness condition.
